A Side of beef is 1 Hind & 1 Front (average weight 250-300lbs) Our ranch-raised beef is dry-aged for 21 days prior to processing. Because it takes 22 months to raise our cattle from birth to finish, our bulk beef is not an on-demand product and is seasonally available. Our price for a half side of beef ranges from $1200-$1400 (dependent on current market value). Please contact us at sales@2ndstarranch.com to enquire further on current market value for your order.
